Jeff & his team did a full roof replacement in one day -- because there was more rain coming, I so appreciate that he brought a whole whack of guys to get it done swiftly. And done right! It looks great, the property was tided nicely afterwards, and everyone I interacted with was kind. I'm glad I was referred to them, and I'd pass on that referral in a heartbeat.
Royal Peaks roofing had guys at my place in a hour for are emergency roof leak. They were very understanding of my situation and did excellent job.

We had our whole roof replaced this past week. The crew was efficient and clean. They took great care in protecting our property from mess with tarps and plywood. Royal Peaks did my Leaf Guard Eavestroughs & Downspouts they are perfect. They had to get the old eaves off and they were nailed on but that did not deter them They had to relocate the down pipes to a much better location. They cleaned up and were so friendly and professional. Would recommend them 100% ... so very very happy!

This past winter (2022) had some intense wind storms that did some damage to my roof. Mark and his team came and patched bad areas until the spring. Today they did my roof and they did an amazing job. The crew worked through the heat like it was nothing and just worked, worked, worked. They had to use my neighbors driveway as well as mine and my backyard and they did an absolutely fabulous job on clean up. They are coming back tomorrow to run the magnet over but I went out and o my found 2 nails, they did such a good clean up job. I hope I don’t need to call them again on this house but I would definitely use Mark and his crew again! Thank you so much guys it looks great!

Had our roof replaced and could not be more disappointed. Fingers crossed the roof actually holds up. Their customer service, clean up and attitude of the owner is downright terrible!!! I can't stress enough how disappointed we were in how we were treated. They leave nails and garbage all over your property, in your gutters and scattered all over the roof. I found enough nails on my driveway and in my gutters to probably redo my entire roof again.....I'm not joking!!! Definitely would not recommend!!!

in 2017 royal peaks did my house roof .they did a great job .they ran out of brown flashing and even though the area could not be seen from any angle they still went out a got some more brown flashing to match the rest thats great service i called them again in 2023 to do my large garage roof and new eaves on the house.again they did an outstanding job .they even double checked for nails on the driveway in order to protect my classic car. I highly recommend royal peaks for all your roofing needs .thanx to mark and his crew for keeping the job site clean and safe.
Royal Peaks came out to complete my entire roof, new metal flashing in all windows and all new siding. Fantastic job, all employees very polite and site was clean. Great experience, wouldn’t call anyone else.

Bill, Mark, Mike Heather all lied to me. After repeatedly "repairing" my roof after EVERY major thunderstorm, shingles flying off they sent out Jack who said I "may need a new roof; we shouldn't have had to come out every year for 4 years" they then stopped returning my phone calls. DO NOT HIRE THIS ROOFER.

I had extensive work done on my home this fall and they did a fantastic job and completely fixed the issues I had with leaking. The staff were friendly and personable and my house looks amazing now.
This company just did my neighbors roof and they left nails and shingles all over my yard and my neighbors yard. Multiple calls have been made to come back and clean it up, but I guess they'd rather the kids and dogs step in the nails and get hurt!

Horrible, unresponsive service - no shows to scheduled services with no communication.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. She had some roof damage with some shingles
coming loose. They came and did a temporary patch. There was some miscommunication about how
much the patch cost and the proper repair that they were supposed to come back and do later.
But rather than addressing the problem they just ignored her for 5 months.
At this point, she asked me to get involved and they said they'd come back and do the proper repair.
So we'd schedule a day to come with Mark. But then Mark would never show - no call or text beforehand,
just a total no show. So my mom or I would have to call back and schedule another day. Again, no show - no
call or text or anything. Mark wouldn't even specify a time for when he'd come - so my mom would just be
stuck at home all day hoping for him to come. After doing this same thing 3 times, we gave up.
Do not use this service if you expect any service quality or communication! They have no sense of
courtesy for their customers!
Edit: Reply from Mark - that's false. We expected you to come back to do a full repair (that we'd obviously pay for)
but you never showed. If money was the problem, why did you keep saying you would come? Also, great job replying
3 years *after* I posted my review.
