Fifteen Year Written Workmanship Warranty
Here at Royal Peaks Roofing, we pay very close attention to detail through a rigorous job site checklist before, during and at the completion of your job, allowing us to present you with a fifteen year workmanship warranty. This allows all of our customers to feel protected and assured that they will receive the service they deserve.
Please note, warranty exists only on invoices paid in full.
Every sloped roof installed by Royal Peaks Inc. is covered for any roof failure caused by a defective installation for a period fifteen years from the date of installation. Exclusions include:
- Damage caused by third party installations or repair. Example: chimney service, air conditioning units and installation, aerial repairs, etc.
- Defects in the material or color variations.
- Property damage due to natural causes; high force winds, ice damming or other outside agencies.
- Damage caused by animals.
- Skylight repairs unless the skylights were replaced at the same time the roof was replaced.
- Any satellite dish reception issues that may occur after the roof installation. We recommend the dish not be installed onto the shingles whenever possible.
